Review: Twitter for Writers is a good book. Ms. Hall has a nice breezy style and it's very easy to understand. The only flaws are that it is somewhat repetitive and that it could contain more information per page.
The early chapters of the book are fairly introductory and will be of more use to people who are new to Twitter (which I am not). Still, even in the early chapters I made some notes. The later chapters were more specific to writers and included a bunch of good advice that I hadn't thought of. I'll be referring back to parts of the book as I try to use Twitter to help my writing. In particular, the many lists will, I think, prove useful for reference.
