• Scrivener for Dummies. I am on p. 67.  Scrivener is a tool for writers. 
• The Consistency of Arithmetic and Other Essays by Storrs McCall. Essays on various philosophical topics.
• The Drawing of Trump and its Postponement by Fred L. Karpin.  I am on p. 15. A classic on the play of the hand in bridge. 
• The Speed of Dark  by Elizabeth Moon.  Science fiction about an autistic man. I am only on p. 3, but it looks good.
• In progress this week
• Double Negative by David Carkeet. I am on p.99
• A New History of Western Philosophy by Anthony Kenny. This is a very good history of the subject, well written and clear.  Kenny follows an unusual strategy in that he takes two approaches: He first covers each era in a more-or-less chronological order, then he looks at the big topics of that era in a systematic way.  I am on p. 369, slogging through the scholastics.
• High Price: A Neuroscientist's Journey of Self-Discovery that Challenges Everything you Know About Drugs and Society by Carl Hart. Why everything you know (or thought you knew) about illicit drugs is wrong. I am on p. 182.
• Red Men by Matthew de Abaitua.  I am on p. 97.  Fairly dystopian science fiction about the coming of artificial intelligence.
• Adsense Secrets by Joel Com to try to figure out how to make the ads on this blog better. I am 16% in.

• The Infidel and the Professor: David Hume, Adam Smith, and the Friendship that Shaped Modern Thought by Dennis Rasmussen. My review.
